Amy Lefkowitz grew up in Lubbock, TX. Amy and her husband Michael (Lefty), a musician, have lived in Austin since 1999. Prior to pursuing academia, Amy worked for many years in the restaurant and entertainment businesses. In addition to living in Lubbock, Amy has called Norman, Nashville, Scottsdale, and Los Angeles home.
Amy graduated Summa Cum Laude from Huston-Tillotson College (now University) in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. She worked in the field of pharmaceutical research for five years before starting law school in 2009. Amy graduated with her law degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio in 2011 and was licensed to practice law in May of 2012. Moreover, she has been voted Top Attorney in Austin Monthly Magazine for the past 3 years (2020, 2021, 2022).
In her years of practicing law, Amy has focused on criminal defense, probate law, and also enjoys the practice of uncontested family law. She began her own practice in July of 2013 and would love to help you with your legal needs in her areas of practice.

Drea Haire
Attorney at Law
Drea has called Austin home since 2007 and loves living in Texas—although she arrived unconventionally by way of Canada and South Florida. Since her legal career began in 2012, she has practiced in both small firm settings and in large institutional environments—specializing in fiduciary trust administration and estate settlement for a number of years.
Since opening her own practice in 2017, Drea has enjoyed focusing her efforts on assisting clients in the areas of estate planning and probate. Helping clients find certainty in the future is the most enjoyable part legal practice for her.
Drea graduated with honors from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida in 2006 and received her law degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio in 2012. She has been licensed to practice law in Texas since November of 2012.
Over the years, Drea has worked with various non-profit organizations in Austin, including, the Austin Humane Society, Love-A-Bull, Austin Cosmopolitan Rotary Club, and Austin Pets Alive! In her personal time, Drea enjoys RV camping with her husband, daughter, and their two rescue dogs. When time allows, she can also be found running on Town Lake or learning about her newest hobby, beekeeping.
Drea has recently been board certified.

Peter Clark
Legal Assistant
Peter Clark is a new resident of Austin, Texas. Originally from Ohio, he spent 10 years working as both a musician and certified sommelier in Charleston, South Carolina. Peter has a Bachelor of Arts degree in World Religions and Philosophy from the College of Charleston and plans to attend law school in the Fall of 2023.
